2008 Richard Hamilton Hut Block Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque saturated black dark purple colour with very deep dark purple black hue showing good cling. Aromas of super ripe blackcurrant, dark plum, liquorice and cedar along with some spice end notes. Generous ripe joosy palate flavours of dark chocolate, ripe blackcurrant and dark plum followed by some spicy cedar and a touch of bitterness on the back palate. Fine grained slightly dryish tannins with aftertaste of ripe blackcurrant, dark bitter chocolate and spice.
