2008 Redgate Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

Bright water like colour with water like hue. Dry dusty top note followed by green herbaceous notes with unripe gooseberry end note. This is a very green style of the blend. The palate displays a dusty texture over a green, grassy herbaceous palate over an unripe gooseberry back palate. Very crisp acid backbone, long and persistent green herbaceous aftertaste.
