Semi translucent dark crimson red colour with brick red mauve hue. The nose displays a good perfumed lift with aromas of dark cherries, strawberries and spice with a hint of cedar as an end note. Light to medium weight the palate displays flavours of ripe dark cherries, strawberries and spice along with a touch of anise. Very fine grained tannins with aftertaste of dark cherry, spice and anise.
Drink over the next 2 years (2010-2012).
