The fruit is whole bunch pressed and settled for 24 hours before being transferred to barrel for fermentation. Maturation took place in French oak for 18 months with frequent barrel stirring.
Brilliant straw colour with very pale straw hue. The nose delivers excellent intensity with lifted notes of white peach, cashew, lees, biscuit, spice and toast. The palate possesses good weight with mouthfilling flavours of white peach, nectarine, spice and cashew followed by some biscuit. Creamy palate texture with long aftertaste of white peach, cashew, biscuit and spice.
