This wine has been made by Hayshed Hill. Bright pale straw colour with water like hue showing a green tinge. Grassy, herbaceous nose with unripe gooseberry and confectionary notes, showing distinct varietal character. The palate delivers flavours of grassy, unripe gooseberries over a lemon back palate. Crisp acid finish. Unripe gooseberry aftertaste. A commercial style.
