2008 Pillar Box Reserve Shiraz

Saturated dark red black colour with black heart and very deep dark red black hue displaying excellent glass cling. Aromas of super ripe blackberry and plum followed by some confectionary and liquorice allsorts. Full bodied, generous and favour packed, the palate delivers ripe blackberry, liquorice and dark plum favours followed by some persistent black pepper characters on the back palate. Fine grained tannins with aftertaste of inky blackberry, liquorice and blackpepper.
Drink now or cellar 2-3 years (2010-2013)
