Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinge and water like hue. The nose displays aromas of delicate white peach, cashew, biscuit, yeast lees and citrus. Medium weight, but light across the palate with dry elegant flavours of cashew, grapefruit, yeast lees and a touch of citrus with some hazelnut overtones emerging on the back palate. Clean dry finish with long aftertaste of cashew, lees and hazelnut. A refined example.
