Bright pale straw colour with water like hue. Subdued nose with aromas of Jonathan apple and spice. The palate has good mouthfeel and texture but the flavour profile is somewhat restrained lacking the intensity that the varietal is capable of delivering. Flavours of Jonathan apple, tropical fruits and spice with a touch of musk. Clean crisp finish without great length. Aftertaste of Jonathan apple, tropical fruits and spice.
