2008 Oliver's Taranga Vineyards Corrina's Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon

A very rich fleshy opulent blend.
Totally impenetrable black crimson colour with very deep black dark red hue. The nose displays good perfumed lift with heady scents of liquorice, dark chocolate, blackberry, vanilla and spice. Densely concentrated, rich & exotic the palate displays great opulence with flavours of liquorice bullets (dark chocolate coated liquorice), ripe blackberry, vanilla, mocha and spice. Voluptuous texture with silky smooth tannins. Outstanding length with very long aftertaste of liquorice bullets, mocha, vanilla and spice.
Drink over the next 3-4 years (2011-2014)
