Highly unusual to come across independently bottled single cask Dalwhinnie. In fact, this is a first for our shelves. We love the house style which is honeyed and elegant. 235 bottles. 52% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.

Notes from the bottlers... Nose – Amaretto coffee liqueur, overripe bananas, and fruit salad. Palate – Tarte but extra sweet lemon drizzle and hot buttered croissants. Finish – Wee hints of brine with a long oaty biscuit finish.
