2008 Mojo Shiraz

Opaque black purple colour with black purple hue – excellent colour saturation and glass cling. Restrained aromas of inky blackberry and plum followed by some confectionary notes. Generous rich palate flavours of ripe plum, dark chocolate, liquorice and blackberry followed by some toasty vanilla notes on the back palate. Fine grained tannin structure. Blackberry, vanilla and toast aftertaste.
