Near opaque dark red colour with dark red mauve hue. The nose displays aromas of blackberry, plum and spice with a touch of liquorice also present. Medium bodied the palate displays generous flavours of liquorice, dark plum and spice with a hint of clove on the back palate. Good length. Fine grained tannins with aftertaste of liquorice, spice and clove.
