A classic Leo Buring Riesling, with excellent cellaring potential.
Bright pale straw colour with pale straw hue. Top note of lime, followed by lemon and spice. The lime top note is quite pronounced. The palate has a sense of austerity, that is more like an Eden Valley Riesling than a Clare. Very crisp lemon backbone creating a very lively high acid finish.
