Bright pale straw colour with water like hue. Top note of confectionary, followed by grassy, herbaceous end notes, showing good varietal character. The palate displays grassy herbaceous flavours with just a hint of confectionary and a hint of citrus. Grassy herbaceous, ripe gooseberry aftertaste.
