Deep straw pale gold colour with pale straw hue. Delicate aromas of hazelnut, spice and lees. Medium to full bodied palate displaying flavours of melon, cashew, nougat and spice but lacking in persistence. Clean crisp dry flinty finish with spicy melon and biscuit aftertaste.
