Brilliant straw colour with a touch of pale gold around the edges and a watery hue. The nose exhibits aromas of ripe apricot and fig followed by some bees wax characters and citrus. Rich and creamy palate with enough acidity to keep everything in balance featuring flavours of apricot and ripe peach intermixed with some honeyed characters followed by a faint lick of toast and spice. Clean dry finish. Aftertaste of apricot, honeycomb and spice.
