2008 Kooyonga Creek Cabernet Sauvignon

Dark brick red black colour with a rustic brick red hue. Aromatics of stewed currants, liquorice, earth, old leathery cedar and dried herbs emanate from the glass. The fruit is still holding up on the palate with ripe currant and liquorice flavours sitting over earthy vanillin cedar, old leather and spice. Soft finely grained tannins. Earthy old leather aftertaste of ripe currants, liquorice, vanillin cedar and spice.
