Bright pale gold colour with pale straw hue. The colour is deeper than expected for a 2008 Chenin. Fresh aromas of spiced Jonathon apples followed by a hint of baked apple and spice. The palate delivers flavours of baked apple followed by Jonathan apple and a hint of Granny Smith apple. Moderate length. Confectionary back palate. Spicy aftertaste.
