This dry white is a blend of 26% Semillon, 25% Sauvignon Blanc, 22% Chardonnay, 22% Riesling and 5% Pinot Gris. Bright straw colour with slight greenish tinge and pale straw hue. The nose displays lifted notes of fig, citrus and spice followed by some toasty characters. The palate displays good body weight and is quite full in style with flavours of citrus, pear, toast and spice. Clean crisp dry finish with long aftertaste of citrus, toast and spice.
