2008 Gibson Bin 60 Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz

Impenetrable black as night core with a very deep dark red black hue. Soaring out of the glass are potent aromatics of ripe blackberry, dark plum, blackcurrant and liquorice which overlay vanillin cedar, dark chocolate, subtle earth, leather and spice. Plush, super ripe and rich, the opulently textured palate is engulfed with dark plum, cassis, dark chocolate and liquorice underpinned by vanillin oak, subtle earthy leather characters and spice. Silky smooth tannins with a long powerful voluptuous aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
