Bright pale straw colour with water like hue. Aromatic lime and lemon top note, followed by spice, tropical fruit and orange blossom. There is a real sense of austerity on the palate with very high acidity creating a very distinct sour lemon character. Very crisp acid finish. The wine needs time to evolve.
