This Chardonnay has been 100% barrel fermented and displays a bright straw colour with slight greenish tinge and pale straw hue. The nose displays aromas of white peach, citrus, light toast and spice. The palate possesses good weight and a creamy texture with flavours of white peach and cashew followed by a hint of nougat with some spice on the back palate. Clean dry finish. Aftertaste of cashew, nougat and spice.
