Pale straw colour with slight green tinge and pale straw hue. The nose is a little restrained with delicate aromas of melon, nougat and cashew. The palate displays good concentration with flavours of white peach, nougat, yeast lees and bacon fat followed by a spicy back palate. Clean dry finish with creamy texture. Aftertaste of white peach, cashew and spice.
