2008 Fairhall Downs Chardonnay

Bright straw colour with very pale gold edge and pale straw hue. The nose is quite lifted with aromas of white peach, spice, cashew and nougat, followed by some toasty oak. Medium to full bodied with flavours of white peach, spice and toast followed by some nougat with a soft, almost creamy-like palate texture. Clean dry finish with aftertaste of cashew, spice and nougat.
