Tasting note: [20ml sample] Budding earthy peat and cocoa clearly expressed on the nose over hints of smoked meats and tobacco. Superbly oily with wood smoke and a little white chocolate. Reminds you of good mezcal. The finish is drying, ashy and medium long. Young yet so delicious. 46% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.
