2008 Douglas Laing & Co. Old Particular Single Cask Dailuaine 10 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky (700ml)

Dailuaine is one of those distilleries we don't often encounter. Here's a good opportunity to get better acquainted with this obscure malt. Douglas Laing deliver a young Sherried expression bottled at a decent ABV of 48.4%. Expect cereals and fruit salad on the nose with toffee, sherry and more fruits on the palate. Comes non chill filtered. Single cask with 751 bottles produced.
