2008 Domaine A Pinot Noir

Deep dark red black tinged colour with dark red hue showing excellent depth. The nose exhibits a ripe aromatic profile of dark plums and liquorice followed by some vanillin cedar, light leather and spice. Full and rich the palate boasts flavours of black cherries, dark plums and liquorice followed by some vanillin cedar and light spicy leather. Quite heavy in both weight and texture for a Pinot Noir. Good power with velvet smooth tannins and aftertaste of black cherries, spicy vanillin cedar and a hint of leather.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
