Opaque dark red black colour with deep dark red mauve hue. The nose displays great refinement with aromas of blackcurrant, mulberry and cedar followed by some violets and spice. Medium weight with flavours of blackcurrant, mulberry, cedar and spice. Fine grained dryish tannins provide the wine with good structure. Aftertaste of blackcurrant, mulberry and spice.
