Good white creamy mousse with very fine bead showing good persistence. Pale straw coloured base wine. Delicate aromas of winter strawberry, sherbet and baked apple. The palate delivers a relatively simple flavour profile of citrus, sherbert and grapefruit. Dry clean crisp finish with modest aftertaste of citrus, grapefruit and light toast.
