Generous mousse showing good hold. Pale straw base wine colour with fine and persistent bead. The nose is quite refined with aromas of toast, citrus, baked bread and yeasty characters emerging. Crisp and refreshing the palate displays flavours of citrus, toast and sherbet. Crisp acid finish with aftertaste of citrus and sherbet.
