2008 Cardinham Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque black dark red colour with deep dark brick red hue. Aromas of plum jam, dark chocolate and a hint of raisin. Medium to full bodied displaying very ripe fruit flavours of plum jam and dried raisins with a dry finish. The fruit seems to be slightly cooked and was most likely caught in the March heat wave. Fine grained soft tannins with aftertaste of spicy plum jam and raisin.
Drink over the next 2 years (2010-2012).
