Pale straw colour with green edges and water like hue. Aromas of nougart, hazelnut and yeast lees followed by some spice notes. Creamy texture with flavours of ripe pear, cashews, spice and nougart with a touch of honeycombe on the finish. Good concentration with clean dry finish. Aftertaste of ripe pear, nougart, spice and honeycombe.
