Excellent near opaque dark crimson purple colour with deep crimson purple hue. The nose displays good intensity with lifted aromas of dark cherry, plum and spice with some cedar in the background. Light to medium weight the palate displays flavours of dark cherry, plum, spice and cedar with a dry finish. Fine grained, slightly dryish but balanced tannins with aftertaste of dark cherry, spice and a touch of earth.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2010-2013).
