2008 Bodegas Patrocinio Zinio Tempranillo Graciano

A blend of 85% Tempranillo and 15% Graciano this wine displays a deep dark red colour with dark crimson red hue. Good perfumed lift with aromas of dark cherry and black plum followed by some liquorice, spice and light leathery end notes. Medium to full bodied the palate delivers generous flavours of dark cherries, black plum, liquorice and spice followed by some earthy leather like back palate characters. Dry finish with fine grained but slightly chewy tannins which provide good structural balance. Long aftertaste of black cherries, liquorice, spice and earthy leather.
Cellar 4-5 years (2016-2017).
