2008 Bellvale Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with light brick red hue. The nose shows good lift and intensity with scents of dark cherries, gamey meat like characters, cedar and spice. Light to medium weight the palate possesses good power and a velvet like mouthfeel with flavours of dark cherries, some gamey characters, cedar, earth and spice. Very fine grained perfectly integrated tannins. Long dark cherry, gamey cedar, earth and spice aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
