Semi translucent crimson mauve colour with mauve hue. Lifted notes of ripe cherry, stewed plum and anise along with some toast background notes. Good palate weight with a ripe joosy texture – flavours of ripe cherry and plum followed by some spicy cedar. Fine grained soft tannin structure with aftertaste of cherry, spice and toast. A generous fruit driven Pinot Noir.
