2008 Barossa Valley Estate Ebenezer Shiraz

Totally opaque black crimson colour with dark crimson black hue showing excellent saturation. On the nose uplifted liquorice top notes are followed by some dark chocolate, vanillin oak and spice aromas. Full bodied the palate possesses lavish flavours of ripe blackberry and black plum followed by some dark chocolate, vanillin oak and spice. Slightly dryish but fine grained tannins. Long blackberry, dark plum and vanillin spice aftertaste.
Cellar 4-5 years.
