2008 Baldivis Estate Classic Dry White Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

The motto on the back label of this wine is inspirational.

Bright pale straw colour with water like hue. Top note of gooseberry, followed by ripe tropical fruit over a delicate grassy herbaceous background. The palate delivers grassy, herbaceous flavours followed by confectionary, a hint of tropical fruit and gooseberry. Clean acid finish. Herbaceous, grassy tropical fruit aftertaste.
