2008 Auntsfield Estate Hawk Hill Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red mauve colour with brick red mauve hue. The nose displays aromas of dark cherries, violets, plums and spice followed by a touch of stalk. Medium weight with good richness the palate displays flavours of dark plum, black cherries and spice followed by a hint of anise. Very fine grained almost velvet like tannins. Good power wave with long aftertaste of dark plum, spice and dark cherry.
Drink over next 2-3 years (2010-2013).
