2008 Allinda Cabernets

Produced from a blend of 73% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Merlot, 9% Cabernet Franc and 6% Petit Verdot. Very deep dark crimson red colour with crimson red hue. The nose displays lifted blackcurrant and mulberry top notes followed by some cedar, spice and a hint of cigar box. Elegantly structured but possessing plenty of richness the palate delivers flavours of ripe mulberry, blackcurrant and cedar with some cigar box overtones and a spicy back palate. Very fine grained well integrated tannins with long aftertaste of blackcurrant, mulberry and spicy cedar.
Cellar 5-6 years (2016-2017).
