Notes from the bottlers... Nose: Earthy with a hint of liquorice root, wet wellies, almond oil, dried pineapple, mango syrup, furniture polish. Palate: Liquorice hard-boiled sweet, pine nuts, toasted almond cookie, tobacco leaves, affogato, warm and heavy vanilla sauce. Finish: Lighter vanilla, all-spice. First-fill Oloroso ex Sherry Hogshead. 50.9% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered. 267 bottles.
