2007 YarraLoch Chardonnay

Bright straw colour with green tinge and water like hue. Delicate nose with top note of yeast lees followed by cashew, biscuit and delicate melon and fig. The palate flavours are quite dry with lemon dominant. Crisp acid backbone. Aftertaste of lemon and spice.
