2007 Yalumba FDW [7C] Chardonnay

Bright straw colour with water like hue. The nose shows some complexity with aroma of biscuit, cashew and hazelnut showing distinct barrel ferment character. The palate flavours are light with cashew, yeast lees, hazelnut and citrus flavours evident. Aftertaste of melon and cashew. A restrained style.
