Made using a wild ferment. Semi translucent crimson mauve colour with mauve hue. Top note of cherry and spice followed by nuances of strawberry jam showing good varietal character. The palate displays flavours of dark cherry, plum and spice showing a moderate power wave, Velvet tannin structure. Spice, dark cherry and anise back palate, followed into a long aftertaste.
