Bright deep straw, pale gold colour with straw hue. Lifted nose of melon, fig, white peach, butterscotch and yeast lees. The palate has good weight with a creamy mouthfeel. Flavours of butterscotch, grapefruit and yeast lees over a spicy oak background. Clean acid finish. Long aftertaste of butterscotch, yeast lees and spicy oak.
