2007 The Whisky Cellar Private Cellars Selection Benrinnes 13 Year Old Cask Strength Single Malt Scotch Whisky (700ml)

A slight twist on a traditional Bourbon maturation is found in this teenage Benrinnes. 149 bottles were drawn from the finishing cask which was sourced from the Koval Distillery in Chicago (their Bourbons are classified as both organic and kosher). Add Benrinnes to the mix and you have a robust malt showing lots of warming sweet spice, banana bread, honey drizzled fruits and buttery pastry. 56.7% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.
