An essay in precision. This is a very austere style of Riesling, which may be compared to the likes of Orlando’s Steingarten. Bright pale straw colour with water like hue. Delightful nose, showing restrained elegance. Perfumed top note of orange blossom, followed by notes of mandarin and spice. The acidity controls the palate, creating a steely backbone over a subtle layer of lemon and lime. Very crisp and precise acid finish.
