Excellent deep crimson mauve colour with mauve hue. Perfumed aromas of violets, cherry and confectionary followed by some game and Troncais oak with a touch of stalk in the background. Excellent palate weight with flavours of dark cherry, spice, cedar and confectionary with again some stalk background notes. Velvet tannin structure. Good power wave with aftertaste of dark cherry, confectionary and cedar.
