Notes from the bottlers... Nose: Strong peat smoke, accompanied by maritime salt and iodine notes, along with dark dried fruits such as raisins and figs, rounded off with a fine citrus note. Taste: Smoky and oily, with sweet dark sherry fruit, raisins, caramel and dark chocolate, accompanied by salty sea notes and oak spice. Finish: Long, smoky and intense, with dry sherry sweetness, a salty note and a hint of dark fruit.
