Poonawatta Monties Block Shiraz is produced from specially selected fruit sourced from the High Eden region of Eden Valley and is matured in French oak.

Deep purple crimson colour with purple mauve hue. Aromas of mocha, vanilla, plum and confectionary. The palate is full bodied displaying a generous but refined flavour profile and structure. Flavours of ripe plum, mocha, vanilla, dark chocolate, confectionary and sipce. Fine grained tannins. Excellent length with very long aftertaste of ripe plum, mocha, dark chocolate, spice and blackpepper.
